Adrienalin Limited is registered in England and Wales (company number 17250865). Our registered office is 40 Ffordd Y Glowyr, Carway, Kidwelly, Wales, SA17 4JJ. We operate the adrienalin.com website and the Adrienalin fitness platform. When we refer to "we", "us", or "our", we mean Adrienalin Limited.

2. What data we collect

We collect data you provide directly to us, including:

  • Email address (when you join our waitlist or contact us)
  • Waitlist type (rider or instructor)
  • Messages submitted through our contact form

We do not collect payment information at this stage. We do not use advertising trackers.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Send you early access invitations and product updates (waitlist only, with your consent)
  • Respond to contact form enquiries
  • Improve this website through anonymised analytics

4. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)

We process waitlist data on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at enquiries@adrienalin.com.

5. Data retention

Waitlist data is retained until early access invitations have been issued, or until you withdraw consent. Contact form data is retained for up to 12 months.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data. You may also object to processing or request restriction. Contact us at enquiries@adrienalin.com to exercise any of these rights.

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

7. Third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use a transactional email service to send waitlist invitations. Any such service is bound by a data processing agreement.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform develops. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members.
